Gazpacho

Ingrediente

2-3 rosii coapte
1 ardei gras
1 ceapa
1 castravete
3 catei usturoi
2 linguri de otet balzamic de zmeura
3-4 linguri ulei de masline
sare, piper 

Mod de preparare

Curatam legumele, le taiem cuburi si le punem in blender. Castravetii ii curatam mai intai de coaja.

Adaugam usturoiul,  otetul balsamic, uleiul de masline, sarea si piperul si mixam pana obtinem o supa groasa.

Turnam in boluri si dam la frigider cel putin o ora. Servim rece cu crutoane sau legume crude tocate marunt.
